Hello! My name is Haley Bassett and I am one of the Kindergarten teachers at MACS. I believe the most important part of kindergarten is to inspire a love of learning in my students that they can carry with them throughout their lives. The best learning happens through play and hands-on activities where students are able to make real world connections. My classroom plays an important role within the MicroCity as the Community Garden. Students plant seeds, grow, and nurture seedlings throughout the year. Most of all, we have so much fun in kindergarten!
