The Governance/Human Resources Committee will create and implement policies related to school admissions, employment, and operations, develops a plan for assessing the school’s overall academic performance as well as its adherence to the charter’s mission and philosophy, addresses human resources concerns, oversees the evaluation of the Director, and reviews and develops contracts and benefits for all staff.
